Founded in 2005 in Pennsylvania, Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc. has built a reputation for providing dependable, customer-focused technology services for over two decades. What began as a small software development company quickly evolved alongside the rapidly changing technology industry. By 2006, the company expanded its focus into computer repair and residential IT services, helping individuals and small businesses navigate the growing digital world with reliable support and personalized solutions.

As technology demands continued to grow, the company shifted its primary focus toward Managed IT Services in 2013, allowing businesses to benefit from proactive technology management, cybersecurity solutions, infrastructure support, and long-term IT planning. In 2021, the company relocated its operations to Manhattan, New York City, marking a significant milestone in its growth and expansion into a larger business market. Throughout its history, the organization underwent two separate rebranding efforts to better reflect its evolving mission, services, and commitment to innovation.

The current company structure has been in place since 2025 and was created and founded by its CEO and Board Chairman, Mark Angelisanti. Under his leadership, the company has continued to modernize and expand its managed services offerings while maintaining the personalized service and strong values that helped establish the business from the beginning.

By 2026, the residential services division was officially dissolved in order to fully concentrate on commercial technology solutions and managed business services. Today, Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc. proudly operates as a family-run business and a Disabled Italian-American-owned company, dedicated to delivering professional, reliable, and forward-thinking IT solutions to organizations throughout the region.
