How to become AELITE Certified

Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc.

Certified Provider Program – Qualification Criteria

Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc. is committed to maintaining a network of highly qualified, professional, and reputable Managed Service Providers (“MSPs”) that consistently deliver exceptional technology services and customer support.

To become an approved and Certified Provider under the Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc. Certified Provider Program, applicants must meet and maintain the following minimum requirements:

1. Business Experience Requirements

The applicant company must:

  • Be actively operating as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT Services Provider.

  • Have a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of verifiable business operations.

  • Be legally registered and authorized to conduct business within the United States.

  • Maintain a physical business location within the United States. Virtual-only businesses or mail forwarding addresses may not qualify.

2. Reputation & Client Satisfaction Standards

The applicant company must demonstrate a strong reputation for professional service and client satisfaction by meeting the following requirements:

  • Maintain a minimum rating of 4.0 stars or higher on at least one recognized public review platform, including but not limited to:

    • Google Reviews

    • Facebook Reviews

    • Yelp

    • Clutch

    • Better Business Bureau (BBB)

    • Other approved industry review platforms

  • Have a minimum of ten (10) total public customer reviews.

  • Maintain a professional business reputation free of significant unresolved complaints, fraudulent activity, or unethical business practices.

Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to perform independent reputation and background reviews prior to approval.

3. Certification & Qualification Testing

To ensure all Certified Providers meet the operational and technical standards required by Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc.:

  • The business owner, principal partner, or designated executive representative must successfully complete the Certified Provider Qualification Test administered by Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc.

  • Certification testing may include evaluations of:

    • Technical knowledge

    • Cybersecurity best practices

    • Managed services operations

    • Customer service standards

    • Documentation procedures

    • Business professionalism

    • Incident response procedures

    • Compliance and operational readiness

Certification approval is granted solely at the discretion of Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc.

4. Non-Compete & Provider Agreement Requirements

All approved providers must:

  • Execute and remain compliant with the official Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc. Certified Provider Agreement.

  • Sign the required Non-Compete Agreement applicable to all providers participating within the Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc. provider network.

  • Agree not to solicit, interfere with, or directly compete against Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc. clients, contracts, referral relationships, or provider relationships as defined within the executed agreements.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in immediate suspension or termination of certification status.

5. Gold-Standard Service Commitment

Certified Providers must agree to uphold and continuously maintain the Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc. “Gold-Standard” level of service, including but not limited to:

  • Professionalism in all client interactions

  • Timely communication and response times

  • Ethical business conduct

  • High-quality technical support and managed services

  • Proper cybersecurity practices and data protection standards

  • Accurate documentation and record keeping

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and industry best practices

  • Maintaining qualified technical staff and operational readiness

Certified Providers are expected to represent themselves and the Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc. provider network with integrity, professionalism, and excellence at all times.

6. Ongoing Compliance & Review

Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Review provider qualifications at any time

  • Request updated business documentation or certifications

  • Suspend or revoke certification for violations of program standards

  • Remove providers whose reputation, service quality, or business practices no longer align with company standards

Certification status is a privilege and may be revoked at the sole discretion of Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc.

7. Acceptance

By applying for or participating in the Certified Provider Program, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to all requirements, standards, policies, and agreements established by Angelisanti Elite IT Solutions, Inc.
